Русская версия. You need a visa for your travel to Russia. In order to obtain a visa at the embassy or consulate in your country, you need our official invitation.
To process your invitation, we need the following documents:
Completed Application Form, which you must send us by e-mail.
A copy of your passport. Send it by e-mail: ikaznysh@yahoo.com
When we receive these documents, we will prepare an official invitation through the Yaroslavl Region's Visa Department and send it to you by mail. You must then submit this invitation to the Russian embassy or consulate in your country with a visa application. Please contact your country's Russian embassy or consulate in order to find out the specific requirements and processing fee, which may change frequently.
On receipt of these documents we will formulate an official invitation through the Migration service of Yaroslavl District and forward it to you by post. In planning your own trip, you should note that the Migration service takes 1 month to process official invitations and, furthermore, more time will be required for posting it. You should present your invitation to the Embassy or a Consulate of the Russian Federation and write a request for a visa.
If you are a citizen of any of the following member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria. Hungary, Greece, Spain. Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Federal Republic of Germany, Finland, France, the Czech Republic, Sweden or Estonia – you may get a visa in a simplified manner. You need not wait for a month for the official invitation from the Migration service, it is sufficient to complete our form and send it to us, having indicated, in which Consulate of the Russian Federation (town/city in your country) you plan to obtain your visa. We will send the invitation to your address. Having received it you should go to the Consulate of the Russian Federation for your visa.
After obtaining the visa, you may book your airplane ticket to Moscow and/or train ticket to Yaroslavl and inform us of your exact arrival date and time. Please confirm whether you would like us to meet you at the airport in Moscow and drive you by car to Yaroslavl. We will then register your visa in the Yaroslavl Region's Visa Department.
